Privacy Policy

Your life stays yours. Juniper stores your journal on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. We cannot read your entries, photos, or memories.

I designed Juniper with privacy in mind.

Your journal entries, photos, and moods belong to you. We do not read, sell, share, or use your personal journal content for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information We Collect

Juniper does not require you to create an account.

The content you create within the app, including notes, photos, and mood selections, is stored on your device and may be synced through your personal iCloud account if iCloud syncing is enabled on your device.

We do not have access to your journal content.

Subscriptions

Juniper offers optional paid subscriptions through Juniper Plus.

Subscriptions may be purchased as:

• Monthly

• Yearly

• Lifetime

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not receive or store your payment information.

To help manage subscriptions, Juniper uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service.

RevenueCat may receive limited information related to subscription status and purchases. RevenueCat does not have access to your journal entries, photos, or personal reflections.

Camera and Photo Library Access

Juniper may request access to your camera or photo library if you choose to attach photos to journal entries.

These permissions are only used for features you choose to use.

Data Deletion

You may delete your journal entries at any time directly within the app.

If you delete the app or remove your data from your device and iCloud account, your content will no longer be accessible through Juniper.

Data Security

Because your journal data is stored on your device and within your personal iCloud account, the security of your data is primarily governed by Apple's security and iCloud systems.

While we strive to build secure software, no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

Juniper is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
